Massage Therapist
Lang takes great care in tailoring each client’s massage session through a client-centered care focus. A strong passion for massage therapy and willingness for continual education about the health and wellness aspects that can benefit a client. Always knowing that she had an appreciation for the human body, Lang enrolled into the Massage therapy program at Algonquin College, Ontario's premiere program.
Lang has been able to further develop her techniques and enjoys using a variety of them during treatments. She encourages remedial exercise that suit the needs and goals of her clients. She strives to make sure all her clients feel comfortable, safe, and listened to when in her care. Her skill set is extensive with utilization of treatments from relaxation, Swedish massage, manual lymph drainage, prenatal massage, surgical scar treatments and tension relief, working with challenged tissue and injuries.
Recently Lang has undertaken additional advanced training in TMJ (Jaw) injuries and dysfunctions. She has a special interest in working with women's health, pre and post-natal massage.
When Lang is not working hard she loves to spend time with her kids and husband. She is not only a great massage therapist, but is an outstanding baker!
