Wellness House is looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team. Located in Westboro, Ottawa for over 35 years. We have a large and growing patient base with a multidisciplinary team of Chiro, Physio & RMT’s working together to optimise patient care and experience.
We are looking for a Physiotherapist that is able to work in a team atmosphere with cross referrals and not afraid to use their hands, very limited machines to assist in treatments.
We require the winning applicant to be able to start immediately as we have an opening in our Physiotherapy team.
Position is part time, with 3-4 shifts a week.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing in Ontario
- Team player
- Manual skills
- Rehabilitation knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
Asset Qualifications:
- Manual therapy qualifications
- Dry needling or acupuncture
- Concussion management
- Physical rehabilitation
- Sports background
- Ergonomic knowledge

The winning applicant will be an outstanding team member with strong communication skills ready to work in a multi-disciplinary environment. New graduates are welcome (we all have to start somewhere), experience is an asset.
Applicants must posses:
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing in the Province of Ontario.
- Good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
- Passionate about health, wellness and being of service to others.
- Ability to prescribe rehabilitation/stretches.
- Ability to communicate a plan of care.
